Summer at The Place
Join us throughout July and August for a packed programme of creativity, performance, wellbeing and community activities at The Place Newport.
From theatre and live music to craft sessions, circus, drawing and outdoor activities, there is something for children, young people and adults to enjoy.
Many activities are completely free, whether you are a regular visitor or joining us for the first time.
Unless stated otherwise, activities take place at The Place Newport, 9–10 Bridge Street, Newport, NP20 4AL.
Summer of Wonder Launch Day

Summer Theatre Club
Three exciting days of play, storytelling and theatre-making for children and young people.
Participants will learn new creative skills, work together and build imaginative worlds to share with family and friends.
No previous theatre experience is needed.
